Ronald Cyril Fearn, Baron Fearn OBE (born 6 February 1931) is a British politician and Liberal Democrat member of the House of Lords.
He was educated at King George V Grammar School, Southport and had a career in banking. He is also a Sefton Metropolitan Borough councilor and a former Merseyside county councilor. He was the Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Southport from 1987 to 1992 and 1997 to 2001 and received after this a life peerage as Baron Fearn, of Southport in the County of Merseyside in 2001.
